Technical Request collects information you choose to provide through the Contact Us form and other website interactions. This can include your name, email address, company information, phone number, website address, project details, and other information you submit.

How information is used

Submitted information may be used to review your request, respond to you, provide requested services, maintain business records, improve the website, measure marketing performance, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors use Technical Request.

Service providers

Technical Request may use third party providers for website hosting, security, human verification, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, email, and related business operations. Information may be processed by those providers when necessary to operate the site or respond to your request.

Analytics and advertising

When permitted by the location-based privacy policy and your saved choices, Technical Request uses analytics and advertising measurement services to understand site visits, interactions, conversions, referral sources, and campaign performance. These services may process device, browser, referral, and interaction information according to their own policies.

Optional measurement and visitor-tracking tools load only after the edge policy identifies an eligible United States visitor and confirms that the applicable category has not been disabled. A successful lead conversion is recorded only after the website accepts the request.

Form storage and delivery

Valid form submissions are stored in Technical Request's secure submission database before they are sent to authorized email and customer relationship management services. The submitted address is also synchronized to a Technical Request contact segment. A service-related email topic may also be associated with the contact, but a Contact Us submission does not opt the contact into optional marketing email. This record helps prevent a temporary delivery problem from losing a request and supports retry, audit, and follow-up.

Submission records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people and services that need it. A privacy request can include deletion or correction of an identifiable submission, subject to records that must be retained.

Email communications

Technical Request sends a confirmation email and may reply directly about the request you submitted. Submitting the Contact Us form does not by itself subscribe you to optional marketing email. The confirmation email includes an unsubscribe link that lets you stop optional Technical Request email updates. An unsubscribe request does not prevent a direct response that is necessary to address the request you initiated.

Cookies and your choices

We use necessary cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site secure and working. This can include remembering your cookie choice, theme, and storage used for form security and human verification.

Optional cookies and storage support analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, and visitor tracking. Technical Request enables these choices only for visitors identified at the network edge as being in the United States. Outside the United States, or when the location cannot be determined, optional tracking remains disabled and no consent banner is shown.

For United States visitors without Global Privacy Control, analytics and advertising tracking—including Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, OpenAI, and HubSpot tags—is enabled by default under a United States opt-out model. The site honors a browser Global Privacy Control signal by automatically disabling optional tracking, even if an earlier choice allowed it. You can use Your Privacy Choices in the site footer to disable, customize, or later change the choices available under this policy.

When a tracking category is disabled, the site updates the applicable consent signals, removes known first-party optional tracking cookies and any disallowed persistent attribution, then reloads the page so previously loaded scripts from that category are no longer present. Necessary functionality and form security remain available.

Consent and attribution

The site distinguishes no decision, optional cookies accepted, United States default tracking, optional cookies rejected, and customized analytics or advertising choices. Optional analytics and advertising storage defaults to denied while the edge privacy policy is determined. It becomes granted by default only for an eligible United States visitor. A saved choice cannot override a location restriction, an unknown location, or Global Privacy Control. Advertising measurement remains disabled when advertising cookies are denied.

The site recognizes campaign source, medium, campaign, content, and term parameters. Before analytics consent, current-visit attribution remains in page memory only. With analytics consent, the bounded attribution record may be kept in browser storage for up to 90 days and attached to a successfully accepted lead. The consent state at the time of that conversion is also recorded.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, private keys, payment card information, authentication secrets, or other highly sensitive credentials through the Contact Us form unless Technical Request specifically provides a secure method for doing so.

Website terms

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misuse forms, or use the site in a way that could harm Technical Request or others. By filling out and submitting the Contact Us form, you also agree to this privacy notice and these website terms so Technical Request can store and process the information you provide, send a confirmation email, and respond to your request.

Information and recommendations

Website content, assessments, recommendations, examples, and other materials are provided for general informational purposes. They do not replace a complete evaluation of your systems, business, security needs, legal obligations, or other circumstances.

Services and project scope

Submitting a form does not create a consulting relationship or obligate Technical Request to perform work. Any paid project, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, and other material terms will be established separately before paid work begins.

Third party services

The website may reference or integrate third party products and services. Technical Request does not control those providers and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or independent actions.

No guarantee of uninterrupted access

Technical Request works to keep the website useful and available, but does not guarantee that the site, forms, assessments, or other features will always be available, error free, or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the page layouts, text, branding, original graphics, assessments, and other original site materials belong to Technical Request or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

Changes

Technical Request may update this page when website features, business practices, service providers, or these terms change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
