Privacy notice

Effective August 1, 2026

This notice explains what information Technical Request collects through this website and how that information is used.

Information you provide

Consultation forms collect your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, company name, and information about the service you are requesting. If you submit the security assessment form, the submission can include your score, risk level, answers, and recommendations.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to receive your request, notify Technical Request about the lead, understand the context of your request, and follow up about the service or assessment you selected. It is not submitted to a public mailing list through these forms.

Storage and notifications

Lead records are processed through AWS services and stored in an AWS DynamoDB table in the United States. Email notifications are sent through AWS SNS and can include the information submitted with the form. Technical details such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, submission time, and lead identifier can be included in an internal lead notification.

Analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads measurement. These services may receive information about visits, page interactions, form events, device or browser data, and advertising attribution according to Google's technologies and policies.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit optional form fields. Browser and device settings may provide controls for cookies and advertising measurement. To ask about information previously submitted, contact Technical Request through the consultation form and identify the email address used in the original request.

Updates

This notice may be updated when the site's forms, infrastructure, analytics, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
